Colin "Curly Wobbler" French formed LYNX together with Wayne Janish, Marc Huckle and
Mik Gaffney. They released this self-financed 7" single produced by Andy Bell in 1988 and later
disbanded. Curly then wrote some film music and guitar instrumental music for a guitar company.
Marc Huckle and Wayne Janische went on to form VINES OF EDEN, later changing their name
from THE VINES to SEVEN. Drummer Mik Gaffney, went on to join TORTILLA ARMY.

I have included an bonus track in the archive which is an extended mix of the song "Caught in the Act".

The Metal Archives says that this band is from Sweden: This is the band and the single in question. It also says this single is from 1985.

Yeah but Metal Archives are wrong. I have talked to members of both bands.

Also.. do this look Swedish? :)

Yes, I noticed that. That's why I figured I would mention that the MA marked it as a Swedish band.
