Anyone not interested in price discussion may skip this over.

One more record to ask about considering my tonight's record scouting.
What would you give as an estimate for this 12" LP?

It's for sale on actual record shop with information:
"Smokin' Valves 12" PS - MINT! (orig.UK Phoenix, 1980) RARE!!!"
Martin Popoff's Record Price Guide (at 2001) says $50 for Near Mint
There's no picture included however so have to rely on the info.

Anyone has a second opinion? :)
Saw it also on Ebay for $29 but that piece was VG/VG.

50$ for a EX copy is a common price among sellers from what I've seen. However I am sure you can get it for 15-20$ at Ebay or a good dealer.
