Good observation, this album has some covers, like Touch Me of the "The Doors" and Talon Of King of the "Hellen", Hellen recorded a demo tape with two tracks but the year and the name are unknown, it may be that the 'Talon of King' song was on that tape, but the song is authored by Hellen band.

Hellen: Talon of King (EP) (August 5th, 1985)
    Show-Ya: Masquerade Show (Album) (September 6th, 1985)

It's because Hellen was fairly influential in the early days of the Japanese metal scene, and Show-Ya are not only probably friends with some of its members, but took influence from them in some aspect. Something to consider is that the Japanese 80s metal scene was almost entirely divided between two massive cities and these cities had bands who were in rival metal movements, but they were also close friends, as they were within fairly close travel distances, preforming festivals and shows between Osaka and Tokyo often.
