Great band, and along with Diabolic Possession the first to play thrash in Omaha, if not in the whole state. There wasn't a J-card for the tape, it's just a rehearsal demo. The copy of this that their drummer was given back in the day to learn the songs from was recorded on a blank tape, and it had Dark Angel "Darkness Descends" on side B. Anti-Procrastination is just a filler track, and though Death Merchant comes in with no break it is played without "Anti" on their live at Lifticket demo (which had a different drummer):

Their second drummer gave me some of their flyers when I lived near Omaha that I posted below. The band Arm-Me in the fourth flyer featured Asphyxiation's guitarist Kevin on bass.
