    Bio:
Formed in Rio de Janeiro, WARFX is essentially a band of METAL, THRASH more specifically since its inception in 2001 sought to follow a line different from most of the bands style, building her work upon the weight, speed and aggressiveness inherited influence of the great bands of the Bay Area americana, but at the same time seeks to break away from dogmas and clichés and formulaic, without abandoning the roots planted by bands like Metallica, Megadeth and Testament. In 2006, the band recorded their first album: War Songs! Containing 10 unreleased tracks, War Songs was almost a hard concept, with the central theme of the current world wars and their political and social developments, as well as songs with themes as varied asfaixas Love Sux and Betrayer. The debut album was well received by audiences and critics WARFX providing the opportunity to act as the opening band TESTAMENT on his trip to Brazil in 2007 and winning the selective W: O: A Metal Battle in 2010.Worked and brought heavy riffs are the foundation of the melodies and solos that define the music and give WARFX characteristics peculiar to the sound, which merges the changes in tempo instrumental timbres variations and interpretations visceral vocals make each live performance the band a unique experience !Currently composed - PEDRO SOURCES (vocals), LUCAS SANTOS (guitar), RODRIGO BETTENCOURT (guitar), PORTO JEAN (bass) and ALEX PORT (drums), WARFX is invigorated and full steam ahead with what is already considered by public its best and final training! In 2012 the band is rehearsing and producing the recording of their second album - the first with the new lineup - and its dissemination in shows throughout Brazil, showing a new job with a new face, but always keeping the identity rooted in sound heavy and modern which is the hallmark of WARFX!
