What's happening?

right click...open with...extrack files with zip/rar archiver.

Why is this a .gif file and not a .rar file that can easily be opened with Winrar? I have right clicked and there is no option to open with Winrar and extract files. Please explain how to open this file or re-upload as a .rar file.

File(s) might look like a .jpg/gif.
Simply download it and after the download just right click on it and choose
''open with... => winrar''.
Or you can open winRar and 'throw' the file in...

or

Change it in Total Commander, just type rar instead of gif
