Haute-Tension, story of the band…
Haute-Tension was born in the 70’s and the original members are the same who bring you you this record. In 1980, avec the bass/drums section left the band, Haute-Tension continue with new members for several years. Two records would be release under the same name, with Francis & Yannick, Haute-Tension would play with Cheap Trick, Rory Gallagher, Bo Diddley or Blüe Öyster Cult and play with The Rocky Horror Show. Yannick also played guitar for the band Bang.

Meanwhile, Baloo & Coco…
would record and play during some times with Alpes. They also would be part of the begining of the back-line in France, on Genesis, Yes, Peter Gabriel or Supertramp tours. These occupations would lead Coco to manage the Trianon-Hall to be one of the best site around Paris to recordings, rehearsals, show-cases and videoclips shoutings. He also would continue his playing-writing career (especially for Rosie & the Rebels).
They reunite in the 2000’s et decide to write and record this CD, to reinforce musically the long frienship which last for over 30 years.

The birth of the record…
Would last several years, their respective professionnal lifes wouldn’t allow regular sessions.
The schedule of the Trianon-Hall would also be a problem, due to the recordings and rehearsals of such stars as Charles Aznavour, Eddy Mitchell, The Pretenders, Scorpions, Stewie Wonder to name a few).

With this record, we wish you a part of the great pleasure we had to record.
