I can't find ANY video clips other than the following, which allows down a download.

No torrents or download links/viewing links.
They either don't appear, or do not work without paying to join a site (and I never trust to do that. Many take your money and do not even have the movie).

I will guess why there has never been a soundtrack listing - because he probably NEVER paid any of the bands to use their music !

ok, solved now.

Found a download, and it is Killer Dwarfs - Time to Move On (from 36:20 to 38:24 minutes) and is not listed in the credits at the end of the movie.
But, Relapse Records bands are credited!
