Info:
Formed in Bologna(Italy) at the end of the 70s as Sbarbation,in their early days they played punk/new wawe,
later they changed name to Danger Zone moving their sound towards Heavy Metal
and in 1984 the band released the rare mini lp "Victim Of Time" (today it's very hard to find and in many record collectors's want list);
in 1986 Danger Zone changed line up,a new singer(Giacomo"Giga" Gigantelli) joined the band,after a couple of demo tapes
they finally recorded a new album (Line of Fire,1989),
produced by Stephan Galfas(who is a well known producer, manager, promoter, mixer and recording engineer,
he has worked with many acts including Cher, The Allman Brothers Band, Meat Loaf, Stryper, Saxon, Dr. Sin, Savatage,Intergalactic Touring Band, ELO Part II, Pezband, Good Rats etc.)a nd Jody Gray(Loudness,EZO etc.)

unfortunately this album was never officially released at that time because of various problems
(lack of interest by the italian labels, legal problems between the management and the band etc.) so Danger Zone disbanded...
until 2011 when Avenue Of Allies (a german label) finally released the album...

Now Danger Zone are back on the road (anyway the musicians had been involved in many other musical projects during these years),
in 2012 a new album (Undying) has been released and some shows were made...
i caught them live during the Acciaio Italiano IV° festival,
if you like Ratt,Dokken,Rough Cutt etc. absolutely don't miss this them!!!
