Rip and share by riptorn, thankyou for this jewel!

Uploader Notes: Dallas, Texas area band who recorded this demo in 1980 at Crystal Clear Sound Studios.
Musically, think RIOT with some IRON MAIDEN-like twin guitars thrown into the mix.
Not listed on Metal Archives, any further info would be appreciated.

Hmm seems like this should be a 4-track demo and not a 1-track demo.
    Found this info at http://www.shroomangel.com

    Sanctus - Storm is Coming
Recorded at Crystal Clear Sound in 1980, this track comes from a four song demo by the Dallas group SANCTUS. If you know anything about them, please, contact us and share your info for possible rewards. We would like to release this music, but we need a little help.

Hello everyone. Gary here from the original Sanctus band out of Fort Worth, Texas. I really appreciate all the cool comments about our song Storm Is Coming (actual name is Coming Your Way). The other original guitar player and I have decided to release the entire Sanctus back catalog of songs. The first cd should be available late 2017 or early 2018. The other songs rock just as hard as Coming Your Way. We were the first melodic hard rock band in Texas. Some songs were written in 1976, all written by 1979. They were heavy tunes considering the kind of music that was popular in those years. For information on the band and cd releases go to www.raddar.biz

Hello again everyone! Gary here from the Texas hard rock band Sanctus. Sorry for the confusion about the website address. The NEW address is www.raddartheband.com and I think all links have been activated. It took a while to get the 17 songs from the 1970's ready for release. There were many production and mastering hurdles to overcome, but I'm really proud of the end result. IT ROCKS.

If you want to hear the current songs for our new cd go to www.randeelee.com and scroll down to Razar And Bones. There is so much music in Randee and me we should be releasing songs for years! There are 5 or 6 new songs in the works there on the page plus a sampler of most of the 70's Raddar tunes. Enjoy and keep rockin'!!!

One last thing-I've just started a doom metal project. Got around 40 songs written already and I'm really excited. Love pulverizing, heavy music! Doom is one of the few heavy music scenes still thriving in America. More to come later on this part of my life...

YES, the new name for our 70's band Sanctus is Raddar. A couple of years ago when Randee and I began digitizing and mastering the 17 tunes recorded in the late 70's we found that the band name "Sanctus" had been used by three or more other bands, so we decided to start fresh with the new name Raddar. The music is the same, but brought up to today's listening standards with all the technology that has been created in the last 40 years. It's a smokin' disc. Keep checking in at www.raddartheband.com for availability of this slab of hard rock from "Texas first melodic hard rock band."
