Their debut CD. This is one of the best death metal albums of the early 90's. The riffs are dark, twisted, morbid and brutal. The slow parts are sooooo heavy!!!! The vocals are beyond sinister. Very Obituary-like, maybe a bit of Num Skull, and Chuck Schuldiner influence. But they sound so evil and crazed, and there's some great use of effects on his voice here and there too. The drums are well-produced and have that early 90's studio feel to them. Then there are the occasional creepy intro's that remind me of the Exorcist "Nightmare Theatre" LP. Plus some weird trippy, almost psychedelic, sections. Highly recommended!
