Formed in Punta Arenas, Magallanes region, the band started under the name "Comeunion" playing some covers of Iron Maiden, Helloween, Stratovarious, etc., then they changed their name to "Frozen Empire" and finally they shortened their name to "Frozen" and this was their first release under that name.
