Incredible lush atmospheric DOOM METAL from Italy. Slow plodding songs with mostly sorrowful mourned/sung vocals, but there are some growled vocals too adding in a touch of a doom/death element to some parts. You could even call them Funeral Doom. They remind me of Monumentum. After this album the band split and Mauro Berchi (guitar, vocals, keyboards) formed the band Canaan and released several albums of Progressive Atmospheric Doom. We were tapetrader friends for several years, back to when Ras Algethi's demo came out.
