I'll start off by saying this is straight up, one of the 3 best 80s Japanese demo-tapes I've ever heard. Jesus hold massive significance for two of Japan's pioneering metal bands, Dead End and Terra Rosa. Guitarist Yuji "You" Adachi joined the band after his stint in Terra Rosa, and while in this band he wrote the song "The Shine of Forever" which appears here on this demo. That same song he would give to Terra Rosa to be reworked into "The Endless Basis" which became the name of Terra Rosa's most famous album, as well as their signature song.He later joined Dead End who quickly achieved huge success within Japan. Demo tapes typically can't get remotely close to the quality of music present on this specific tape, and it was evident You Adachi was well on his way to fame.
