One of the greatest NWOBHM LP's ever recorded!Almost Epic / Power Metal!
Amazing songs, but the production is awful!!!
So I've changed a little bit the frequencies and I believe the result is very good!
This rip is from my own LP.
I have removed all clicks, pops, hiss and initial noise.
Scans of the vinyl covers were taken from Heavy Metal Rarities, thanks to the mighty steeler!!!
I also want to thank Emil, for the exceptional Heavy Metal paradise, he created!

Yeah, I believe you. Thanks for bettering the sound. This Guy Bidmead fucked up Trojan and some other albums he produced. He used to be the assistant of Vic Maile, but never learned Maile's production skills

I use Nero Wave Editor to remove pops, clicks & crackles.
I use GoldWave to remove initial noise.Applying this effect also removes hiss and a great percentage of hum.
And then I listen to the tracks, with my earphones in real time, and I remove the remaining clicks and crackles mostly with GoldWave and iZotope RX.
Sometimes I use WavePurity Professional & Audacity, but only in special occasions.

Hi,
if anyone still have the Prince Hector's restored vinyl rip, PM me please. I had two different CD versions of this album and both of them sounded very questionable to say at least (each sucked in its own way though). So I'm looking for the PH's version now to compare it over those two. Maybe this time I will get that rumoured "special magic" of this album.
