I'm looking for this too. Is this from 1986 or 88? According to Metal Archives, it's from 88: http://www.metal-archives.com/albums/Area/Twilight/5221

EDIT: Metal Archives also has the following info: "Originally released on white vinyl by Fate Records in 1988. Recorded at SRM-Studios Dielfen in December 1987. Mixed and digitally mastered between December 1987 and February 1988.
There is also a possible version of this album from 1986 by Autark, although as this seems to contradict the recording date given in the 1988 version its exact nature remains unknown."

And about the re-upload, I think this isn't goint to happen, since the album was re-released by Blower records on CD (licensed by Karthago Records).
