I upload here (http://www.mediafire.com/?x5qaifu09gjbbn5) the original 1981 version of the song "on the run" - vinyl rip from 7" single). The version 'sadjoko' upload before is for sure the 2004 remastered version. Here's a different version of the whole single I got - I'm not 100% sure that this is the original (non remastered) version - but it sounds completely different! Ive got two versions (one is the version just reupped here) , and a crackly kinda sped up one ( I assume its the previously posted one) ,it has the version with Nightmare without the spoken word parts , is this the remastered vinyl from 2004, or the The Boring Granthum Years compilation ?

That doesn't sound like a remastered version (the one posted by sadjoko). That's a rerecorded version. That version sounds a bit doomier, it is quite good although not better than the original which I was looking for. (I have heard the original on youtube years ago and have since been searching for it.) What really sucks in the modern version is the production/sound which is sadly typical for all modern (post early 90s) metal songs. But it's nice to hear an old almost unknown NWOBHM band like that still making good metal music without trying to fit in with modern trends (love the vocals and the addition of keyboards is great in the intro riff of 'On the Run' although the synthy sounds get a bit annoying elsewhere in the song). Thanks for the links for the old version, Jasonkont.
