Actually I've found out that Raging Goblin's link for the "Death Ceremonic" demo is still valid viewtopic.php?f=34&t=14947
So now we have three main studio demos (with exception of the "Live At Thrash Camp" rehearsal recordings), thanks to RunningWild!
