Phantasm was a Wisconsin based death metal band formed by two members of Dr. Shrinker that recorded two demos, a compilation album and a song for a single from their inception in 1988 until their split in 1995.

This is a 2000 CD reissue of their 1990 demo of the same name (of which two tracks were previously released on their 1995 "The Abominable" compilation), bought from a Wisconsin based Halloween/horror memorabilia store, of all places.

Ripped from a genuine physical copy of the demo, complete with a high resolution cover scan, a CUE file, a log file and a M3U playlist file.
