Note: Thought of nowadays as a demo, this was actually recorded as Necrophagia's first full length from NRR. For whatever reason it was shelved and a revised version was recorded the following year and released as the seminal "Season Of The Dead." Apparently this early version was finally released on green and black vinyl (like this one) by NRR in 1990 under the guise of being a bootleg called "Ready For Death" by Embalming Records? Check the insert scans to see the official NRR material that was present in the album. Afaik Necrophagia was long dissolved by 1990 and Killjoy had his own band going (Killjoy) so whether he had any part of this being released at that time is unknown. long live Killjoy!
