Cult hard rock/metal from Japan, fronted by female singer Ranko, previously in the punk act Contiental Kids.
This CD is a complete colection of their 3 x 7"recorded for Beat Crazy Records and Sunshine Sherbet Records between 1985 and 1987 as well as the tracks from the "We Are Beat Crazy" Compilation Lp (1986). Also 3 video tracks are included.
The style is a nice mix of hard rock (even influences from AC/DC) and heavy metal with some punkish touch.
To me the best songs are "Rova" and "Good-bye Jehnny".
Between 1991 and 1996 they will record 3 full lenght which are not bad at all. The 2013 CD re-releases include also the 3 singles but not the tracks from "We Are Beat Crazy" Compilation.
The singer, Ranko, famous for his naked performances will die in the late 90's
