Maybe impossible, maybe not, but was hoping anyway.

Maybe more might turn up since the appearance of the 1973 demo for "Whisky Woman" (early version of "Victim Of Changes").

I gave away almost all of my issues of BW&BK mag to a co-worker around 2005.
Was bored after reading them so many times, but in one issue, written in an interview or a news article before the Al Atkins "Victim of Changes" (1998) album, I think it said the original version of "Caviar and Meths" was over 20 minutes long, and he would record/release a lengthy version closer to the original, than what fans knew from "Rocka Rolla".

Fairly sure it also said, or the initial rumour was, Atkins would include Judas Priest demos he was on as bonus tracks, but due to legal issues, he was prevented and that delayed the album?

Would be fascinating to get to hear proper official remastered versions of any surviving studio recordings from the very early days of Priest.
Surely the members must have tapes, and if so, why won't they release them?
I know it's not everyones cup of tea, but i really enjoy the 'Rocka Rolla' album. It's all over the place stylistically of course, but as the contents were written over a long period of time and shaped by a variety of musicians, that's only to be expected. Once you get beyond that though, there's some really interesting directions in the songs which Priest never really went in again once their trademark sound emerged.
Would love to hear how the pre-Halford band handled that material, and of course, to hear songs which were abandoned altogether.

Caviar and Meths" was over 20 minutes long

That would be the holy grail!

An extract from "Mind Conception" from the 1971 demo was included as a bonus track on Al Atkins's 2017 album 'Reloaded'.

    Thanks for the tip.
I'm listening to it just now, it's a cool curio but it's pretty murky sounding unfortunately. Some nice wigged out guitar noodling though.
Turns out Priest's Ian Hill guests on 2 songs on the album, namely re-recordings of Winter & Never Satisfied.
Nice that they've remained in touch or reconnected at some point.
