Personally, I don't really understand the whole hype surrounding them. They're not bad but at the same time I don't find them special. Then again, I'm also not a fan of other retro bands like Cauldron, Enforcer, or Skull Fist. There's just something about those bands that I just don't like. I don't know how to explain.

Finally I bought yesterday, in the evening, Desolation Angels +7'' from BBTAD Records, in a local store in Athens.
The covers of the LP are very close to the British original.The sound is very good.
But in the back cover of the LP the name of the drummer is missing!There is a questionmark in the place that was supposed to be the name of the drummer!Can someone explain why???
In the 7'' the drums were being played by Brett Robertson!
And there is no lyrics sheet - what a pity!
A good reissue from BBTAD!I really enjoyed it!!!

I made a wave rip, from the BBTAD Desolation Angels reissue vinyl, and from the 1st track Spirit of the Deep there are missing at least 20 sec from the intro!!!
I also have the Greek bootleg CD and made the comparison!!!
Unbelievable!!!
Probably the reissue vinyl was made not from the original master tapes!
