In regards with the Divebomb releases, I only have the Anacrusis - Hindsight and Kenn Nardi - DWTP and they both have really good sound are mixed and recorded well and do a great job with the packaging. For their other releases, it probably depends on the mixer and quality of the recording, I don't for sure since I haven't heard them yet.

Divebomb Records (a division of Tribunal Records) does top shelf work. All releases are done with permission from someone in the band. All releases are remastered by Jamie King. All releases feature up to a 20-page deluxe booklet with, in many cases, new pics, lyrics, new interviews with band members, essays by metal writers, etc. They are among the best remastered reissues in the business.

Leyenda Records is doing a fantastic job on old Spanish heavy metal and rock stuff. They are a Spanish label from Madrid and they're re-releasing albums on CD. Some titles they have released

Goliath - s/t
Praxis - s/t
A.D.N. - s/t
Zarpa - Angeles O Demonios
Rosa Negra - El Beso de Judas
Acracia - La Otra Sevilla
Jupiter - s/t
Thor - s/t
Zeus - Zeus V
Babel - Esclavo Del Silencio

Those are some incredible titles, I was so happy when I saw Zeus' full length got a CD reissue. Here is a link to their Discogs page if you wanna check out all the stuff. A few months ago they also made the announcement of having a deal with Hades, for releasing their legendary album Entre el Fuego y la Cruz.

Great label for old Spanish heavy metal and rock.

Another good one is Cult Metal Classics (Sonic Age Records), surprisingly not mentioned yet. The name says it all, it releases underground metal classics. Here is some stuff they re-issued

Glacier - s/t
Ivory Tiger - Metal Mountain
Lord - The Second Coming
Majestic Ryte - s/t
Scratch - Before The Rain
Screamer - Target Earth
Valhalla (US) - Ultimate Anthology (84-86)
Voltz - Knight's Fall
Crucifixion - Green Eyes

I think those are some good examples of underground classics they have re-released over time. Here is a link to their website. I recommend to check them out!
