General Metal Discussions » Suggestions on bands similar to Battleaxe (UK), Burn (Swe), and TANK (UK)?
Yes, I know that Burn is not actually NWOBHM but all these bands have one thing in common. That very crisp and raw guitar sound, with raw'ish production. Kind of AC/DC-Motörhead vibe, but they take it further with great melodies added. If you know these bands you know what I mean.

I know that BlackOut and from Netherlands (right?) - and Rogue Male (UK)- might be one of the closest things, but anything else? Can be EP, Single releasers only too, I don't care. :)

I'm familiar with Killer, like'em. But thanks anyway, it's very good recommendation for anyone else looking stuff like this! I can recommend it also. (vking1)

I first thought of Warfare, but you probably already know them. For a more unknown band, try Wolfpack:

Hi, thanks for suggestions. I know everything mentioned so far - except Wolfpack. Gonna check into them ! (vking1)

Mad Butcher is allright, but I like Torch Swe a lot. Cool band. I have Torch's debut as an LP but I have no player currently which sucks.
Warfare I could take better look into also, I know'em but haven't listened them too much.
