Here are a couple:

Onslaught - Confused (Angelwitch)
Harrow - Blind Men and Fools (Tytan)
Paragon (GER) - To Hell And Back Again (Saxon)

And if you into Angelwitch covers, check out the 2007 album 'Tribute To Angelwitch' released by, I think, Unbroken Metal.

A couple of others that i remembered:
Midnight Chaser do a couple of good NWoBHM covers, namely 'Turn Your Head Around' by Tank & 'Cry Wolf' by Savage.
Zuul have recorded Crucifixion's 'Out Of Time', & 'Over The Wall' by Badger.
Also The Dagger cover 'Mainline Riders' by Quartz & Bullet do 'This One's For You' by Stray, which strictly speaking isn't NWoBHM, but is often labelled as such.

I know that Roxxcalibur is basically an NWOBHM cover band, but I really liked their cover of Jameson Raid's "Seven Days Of Splendour."

I second that, and also their version of Arc's 'War Of The Ring' is tops

Sodom covered two TANK tracks: "Turn your head around" and "Don't walk away". Two of the best covers ever!
