Тембр (Tembr) band was predecessing the Blitz-Krik thrash-trio. It was founded back in 1986, and their only known recording is rock opera "Hiroshima" composed on the poetry of Soviet authors about the peace for all the world, anti-nuclear manifestos, and so on. The creative process has taken just three spring months of 1987. All band members were very young back then (age of 16-17 except of singer who was 25) but their composing and performing skills are very impressive.

This rip is quite listenable despite its low bitrate. Music is not that heavy but very diverse, ranging from art-rock passages to numerous hard'n'heavy parts and a couple of almost thrashing beats. Vocal is melodic and clean, recorded under the old-fashioned style of reverb. Please get ready for lavish keyboards, piano rolls, and atmospheric pads. Sophisticated song-structures are all about the serious progressive rock, and here almost nothing reminds of early KREATOR-styled machine-gunnery of Blitz-Krik 1988 (maybe, except of shredding guitar solos).

    Line-up:
Евгений Киреев (Yevgueni Kireyev) – guitar
Юрий Серенко (Yuri Serenko) – keyboards
Юрий Митрофанов (Yuri Mitrofanov) – vocal
Дмитрий Капустин (Dmitry Kapustin) – bass-guitar
Александр Саура (Alexandr Saura) – drums
